CIRCAT project was proudly presented at the BEYOND 2026, as one of the flagship European cybersecurity projects coordinated by the National Cybersecurity Authority of Greece (NCSA).
BEYOND, one of the most influential international exhibitions for Technology and Innovation, took place on June 17–19, 2026, at the Metropolitan Expo in Athens, Greece, under the central theme “Where Innovation Meets the Real Market”. The event brought together representatives from the technology market, research, innovation, and public administration from Greece and abroad.
The event highlighted CIRCAT’s strategic contribution to strengthening Europe’s cybersecurity resilience and protecting critical infrastructure against evolving cyber threats. As part of a broader portfolio of European initiatives funded by the Digital Europe Programme, CIRCAT plays a key role in advancing innovative cybersecurity capabilities. The project focuses on leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Cyber Range environments, and Cyber Threat Intelligence to enhance threat detection, preparedness, and response.
During the exhibition, CIRCAT was featured alongside other high-impact projects through a 9-minute video, demonstrating the importance of coordinated European efforts in building a secure and resilient digital ecosystem. The presentation emphasized CIRCAT’s role in addressing modern cybersecurity challenges, particularly in safeguarding critical sectors that underpin society and the economy.
By integrating advanced technological tools with collaborative expertise across Europe, CIRCAT contributes to a stronger, more adaptive cybersecurity framework. Its work aligns with the objectives of the NIS2 Directive, supporting both national and European strategies for improved cyber defense.
